How to order an embroidery designs.
You may place an order ON-LINE. You should be a registered user to place an order. Please remember, your email address is used as your login and for email communication. All of our online payment procedure is handled by 2checkout.com and PayPal.com. All order forms where you submit confidential information are secure, protected with 128bit SSL encryption.
Your order will be considered as completed after you 1) choose your payment method, 2) leave the site for payment process, and 3) are redirected to the aHey-embroidery.com Payment Confirmation Page by payment service providers (such as Paypal, 2checkout). If you have ordered intangible items, you may download them immediately after the payment has been made and order was completed.
On-line payments can be made using Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) or your PayPal balance. You should receive an email receipt within a few minutes after placing an order on-line. If this doesn't happen - please email us at once. If you have made a payment, but were not redirected to the aHey-embroidery.com Payment Confirmation Page, please email us the items you have ordered, identified by Items ID, machine format you use if necessary, and your purchased designs will emailed as attachments.
Step-by-step instruction for placing an order:
Before you place an order on-line, please log-in, if there is needing, register. To place an order, just navigate to the page of item you want to order. Then, click on red "Add to cart " button to add the item to shopping cart.

If the Java Script support on your browser is turning on, the screen will darken and the message box will appear. Choose "Continue shopping", if you would like to add more items to the shopping cart. Choose "Shopping cart", if you would like continue to checkout.
If the Java Script support on your browser is turning off, after you click on "Add to cart ", repeat the process until you have everything you want into the cart. Then, click "View" button on "shopping cart" block at the right.

Your shopping cart. Please choose the shipping method for machine embroidery designs delivery. By default this is an instant download without any additional charge.
We also can ship the designs on CD. Here, in shopping cart you may view each item image, by clicking "View image" link. Your also may change item quantities, or delete any item by clicking "X" button. Be sure to update the total' after any changes were made, by clicking "Update total" button.
Then, click "Checkout".

The "Order confirmation" page will appear.
Please verify your shipping address, if you have choose receive designs on CD. If necessary, change the address. You may also fill in any other address that is diffrent from your billing address by checking the check box. Remember, if sending UPS, PO boxes not allowed.
Choose the payment method and click on it.

Continue to secure order form of 2checkout.com or PayPal.com. Fill in all relevant information, and submit your order.
If you pay via PayPal, you need to have an account with PayPal. It takes just a few minutes to register PayPal account. PayPal requires both buyers and sellers to be registered users, to maintain maximum degree of security and convenience. This method allows not to enter your credit card information each time you want to make a purchase, but only once, when you register your PayPal account. All your next purchases will be done with only entering an ID and password on the secure PayPal site.
After your payment via PayPal were sent, be sure return to our site using orange button "Return to Merchant". If you will not click the button, your order will not completed, our site will not have any records about your order, and you will unable to download the designs, although we will receive your payment. If these happens, please email us immediately the items you have ordered, identified by Items ID, machine format you use, and your purchased designs will emailed as attachments.
If you pay by credit card via 2checkout - please be aware that your bank statement will show 2CO as charging business. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of ahey-embroidery.com
After your payment via 2CO were sent, you will be redirected to your account on aHey-embroidery.com

Your order was successfully completed. Go to your account to download purchased designs. You also may download them later.
If you have purchased machine embroidery designs, download them now, click on "Orders/Downloads" button. If you have ordered tangible (physical) items, you may view the status of your order on the same page.

Download purchased designs from "Orders History" page, by clicking on "Download" image button. The dialog window will appear. Click on the "Save" button. On the next "Save As" window choose the destination folder you want to save the machine embroidery file using the "Drop Down" menu, and click "Save" button.
Now, you can navigate to the folder where you placed the designs file, and start using it. The design is zipped, like most files for download are, unzip it first. Here's a detailed instruction for Unzipping Embroidery Designs.
